The McDaniel Machine has the Pollet Persuasion playing defense!

Another reason that The McDaniel Machine is a better blog than the Pollet Persuasion is that The McDaniel Machine posts recipes. The Pollet Persuasion does not.

Roasted Cauliflower

One head of cauliflower, cut into florets
olive oil
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit. Toss florets lightly with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place florets on baking sheet, roast until tender, but not muchy, about 20 minutes. Turn half-way through. Serve and enjoy!

New and Better Blog

I have just created a new blog called The McDaniel Machine. This is it. The Mission of The McDaniel Machine is to be a better blog than the Pollet Persuasion. There are a number of ways that The McDaniel Machine will do this. The first way in which The McDaniel Machine is better than the Pollet Persuasion is that The McDaniel Machine has a Mission Statement; the Pollet Persuasion does not. In the future, I will post additional ways that The McDaniel Machine is better than the Pollet Persuasion.
